At FlowersMandi, we want your experience to be blooming with joy. However, we understand that sometimes things don't blossom as expected. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can receive a refund for your order.
What is refundable?
Orders cancelled before processing: You can receive a full refund for any order cancelled before it has been processed for fulfillment. Processing typically begins within 2 hours of placing the order.
Incorrect deliveries: If we deliver the wrong type of flowers, size, arrangement, or recipient information, you are entitled to a full refund.
Non-perishable items: For non-perishable items if they are significantly different from the product description or images.
Technical issues: If technical issues on our website prevent you from completing your order or result in an incorrect order being placed, you can receive a full refund.
What is not refundable?
Change of mind: Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled due to a change of mind about the flowers or recipient.
Custom orders: Custom-made arrangements or orders placed with special requests are not eligible for refunds unless they are incorrect or damaged.
Discounted items: Discounted or sale items are generally not refundable unless they are defective.
Perishable items after 24 hours: Due to their delicate nature, refunds cannot be issued for fresh flowers kept beyond 24 hours of ordering.
How to request a refund:

Explain the reason for your refund request and provide your order number.
Our customer service team will assess your request and may ask for additional information or photos to verify the claim.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Additional notes:Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable or repeated refund requests.
