At FlowersMandi, we want you to be delighted with your flower purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can return or exchange your order.
What can be returned?
You can return or exchange fresh flowers within 24 hours of delivery if they are: significantly different from the product description or images. Incorrectly delivered (wrong type of flowers, size, or arrangement).
Incorrect deliveries: If we deliver the wrong type of flowers, size, arrangement, or recipient information, you are entitled to a full refund.
What cannot be returned?
Flowers that have been opened or kept beyond 24 hours of delivery cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
Custom-made arrangements or orders placed with special requests cannot be returned unless they are wrong.
Discounted or sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to return or exchange?

Explain the reason for your return or exchange request and provide your order number.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, which may involve sending us photos of the flowers or damaged items.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the flowers or items.
We offer two options:
Schedule a pickup: We will arrange for a pickup from your address at your convenience.
Self-return: You can pack the flowers or items securely and send them back to us using a reliable courier service. We recommend using a tracked service for your own records.
Refunds and exchanges
Upon receiving and verifying the returned flowers or items, we will issue a full refund for the product cost if the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
If the return is due to a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product, we will offer a store credit or exchange for another product of equal value (minus any delivery charges).
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
Additional notes
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flowers for exchanges. In such cases, we will offer substitutes of similar value and beauty. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable or repeated return requests.
